Products and services
Dispatch
We charge a rate of € per order for shipments within the Netherlands. For shipments to Belgium, a rate of € applies.
The goods remain the legal property of Vera Meulendijks until full payment has been made.
We deliver the product within 21 working days.
We use the services of PostNL, DHL or DPD for both domestic and international shipments
Complaints and Returns
Check the contents of the received shipment immediately upon receipt. If you find defects in the shipment and do not respond within 7 working days after receipt, the goods are accepted as undamaged.
You cannot make a claim against Vera Meulendijks after you have used the delivered goods or have them used, or have passed them on to third parties.
Return shipments must always be reported first and sent within 14 days of receipt.
If the goods are in their original condition, the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
Shipping costs will not be charged in the event of an error on our part.
Unstamped returns are always refused.
Delivery of goods and other services that fit within the statutory provisions of Vera Meulendijks.
Payment
You can easily arrange your payment via our Woocommerce payment options in the webshop.
After consultation it is in some cases possible to pay by bank transfer. As soon as the amount has been deposited into our account, we will arrange the shipment.
In case of late payment
In the event of default of payment within the set term, the amount due will be increased by 5.00 euros administration costs. With each subsequent payment reminder, this will be increased by 7.00 euros administration costs.
Privacy Policy
Personal information is only used for the proper handling of your order and for the administration of Vera Meulendijks. This information will not be made available to third parties in any way, other than necessary in the event of late payment and subsequent collection process.
Validity
Vera Meulendijks reserves the right to change these conditions by publishing the new conditions on its website.
The moment of ordering determines which conditions apply.
All rights, obligations, offers, orders and agreements to which these Terms and Conditions apply, as well as these Terms and Conditions, are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
All disputes between the parties will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the Netherlands.
